Built for how Indian hospitals work
An Indian hospital is several businesses under one roof. It runs its own pharmacy, which sells to walk-in customers as well as to its patients. It usually runs its own laboratory and often a blood bank and a canteen. Patients pay at several counters, many are insured through a TPA or covered by a corporate scheme, and consultants are commonly paid partly as a share of what they bill. The out-patient department is busy enough that the queue itself is a management problem.
Software designed elsewhere tends to treat several of those as edge cases. TechMediz has a module for each: pharmacy, laboratory, blood bank, canteen, insurance and TPA, and doctor share in the doctor module and accounts — 18 modules on one patient record.

Running it anywhere in India
The software does not depend on where the hospital is. TechMediz runs in the cloud, which suits hospitals far from our offices or spread across buildings, or on a local server inside the hospital where connectivity is unreliable or the management prefers to keep the data on site. It is the same system either way, with the same role-based access. The trade-offs are on the cloud and local server page.
Support from Tamil Nadu
Mescope Solutions works from its head office in Salem and a second office in Trichy, with an office in the United States as well. Hospitals in Tamil Nadu get people who can be at the counter on the morning the system goes live — what that changes is set out on the hospital management software in Salem and Tamil Nadu pages.
For hospitals elsewhere in India, ask us at the demo how installation, data migration and training would be handled for your location. We would rather tell you plainly than promise a visit schedule we have not worked out for you.
